C2 Resistance Strength Training

This class uses the C2 Resistance Bands for a full body workout!  You will gain strength, flexibility all while working your core during this class.  Dumbbells and other equipment may be used in addition to the C2 Bands.  Feel free to come 10-15 minutes early to warm up on the bike or stay after to ride or stretch.  

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get set up. Tennis shoes are optional. Bring your own mat.
