Inspired by ballet (with absolutely no dance experience required), Barre class will provide a low impact, high rep workout focused on alignment, balance and core engagement.
We will mix it up with dance, body weight exercise, games, yoga and stretching.
Latin Hip Hop Jam
We will kick off class Latin Style where you will dance and shake it! High Energy, easy to follow choreography where we are here to let loose and have FUN! No experience needed – just an open mind to have some fun!
Butz and Gutz
We focus on core and glutes in this 30 minute express strength class. Dumbbells, bands, medicine balls are just a few examples of equipment that may be used in this class.
Want to gain confidence, learn to feel good in your body, move and increase flexbility? STRUT is a high energy, flirty dance class that will have you sweating while feeling sexy. it combines dance, Latin Dance, Chair, Heel and with an occasional line dance (for all my country music lovers). No experience needed! Just bring yourself and be ready to “werk” it.
C2 Small Group Training
Full body strength workout using the brand new C2 band workout system. You will work your core, glutes, legs and upper body in just 45 minutes.
