Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a low-intensity and restorative, combining both stationary and movement-based Yoga poses. Individual poses are held for a shorter period of time. We focus on gentle stretching, strengthening, and improving balance. Chair, blocks and blooster can be used during class.  This class is for all ages and great for 60+ that are looking to add flexibility.
