 Join us for an entire class dedicated to stretching.  You will walk out feeling like you just got a massage.  It’s that good.  We will stretch from head to toe in a way that leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed. The benefits of stretching include: injury prevention, better muscle coordination, improved posture, enhanced sports performance, increased range of motion, and overall better mental health. This class is for all levels.  Bring your own mat.
